The best thing you can do is to identify a need in the market and plan to provide that need. “Although I am the main actor, I also write the script for every episode which is about 10-15 minutes. I am usually inspired by our Kenyan stories, the social issues and challenges that we interact with as Kenyans in our day to day experiences.

‘Jaymo Ule Msee’ is not Wilson’s first video though.
His first online project was straight out of campus when he developed an entertainment events portal back in 2010, www.whatshappening.co.ke - the second entertainment events portal after Kenya Buzz.
“I have always been very passionate about entertainment and after campus I decided to create a platform where people could go and find out about the latest entertainment events, the latest movies, just basically everything entertainment in 2010. I choose to follow my passion and while everyone was out job hunting. I eventually got a job in a bank but later quit to manage Whatshappening,” says Wilson Muirani.
Well it later paid off as the app for the site called “Whatshappening” ended up being a finalist in the Google Android developers Challenge.
He later sold the portal to a local media house which also employed him in the Digital Division where he worked for four years before joining Squad Digital early this year.
