Protect your transfers with password

You can send files via email or create a shareable link with a password to prevent unauthorized downloads. In this case, for an email transfer, we do not disclose the password to your recipients and leave it up to you to forward it to your contacts.

Select the region where your files will be stored and encrypted at rest (AES-256)

To optimize performance, choose the closest storage region or a region based on the location of contacts and users. Our cloud storage uses the AES-256 (Rijndael) algorithm for file encryption at rest.

Where are Homekazi files hosted?

When you use our service to send or receive files, you gain access to a dedicated and secure global cloud infrastructure in which files are stored and encrypted on disk (AES-XTS 256 bits) in datacenters (AICPA SOC 2 Type II) across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Is my personal information safe?

We do not sell or share our users' email addresses or personal data with third parties. With due regard for the proper operation of our service, we send an email to users who have made a recent or repeated transfer in the following two cases: service unavailability or major service changes (important updates, changes in terms of use, limits, etc.).
 

Your personal data is encrypted in transit using the SSL/TLS (https) protocol and at rest using the 256-bit advanced encryption standard, and each encryption key is encrypted through a set of main keys in regular turnover.

Do you open or use my files?

No, we do not inspect the files that pass through our solution unless abuse is reported (for example, via a download link) and the files are in violation of our terms of service.

Are my files safe?

We place the highest priority on the safety, confidentiality, and integrity of the files you upload. Thus, we are doing everything possible to ensure their safety.
To ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data transferred between Homekazi's website and servers, all communications use the SSL/TLS protocol.

In addition to end-to-end encryption, files in our cloud are disk encrypted (AES-XTS 256 bits).

If you choose to add a password to restrict access to your transfer download, the password will encrypt the file(s) in your transfer, allowing only it to decrypt the stored data.

If you lose the password for a transfer, you will be unable to recover the stored file(s).
