Flowrence Jematiah Sergon, a Kenyan politician, has been a member of the National Assembly since August 2022. In 2017, she was elected to the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA).
Life
Flowrence Jematiah was born in Marigat ward, Baringo South constituency. She attended Marigat Secondary School in Baringo County and was the school's head girl. She then attended the Kenya Medical Training College. She began her political career by working at the defunct United Republican Party's secretariat. In 2017, she was appointed campaign coordinator for the Jubilee Party in Baringo, Nakuru, and Elgeyo-Marakwet counties.
The Jubilee Party nominated her for the East African Legislative Assembly, and she was elected with 252 votes. She was the youngest of Kenya's nine representatives at the EALA.
She was elected as a Women Member of the National Assembly from Baringo County by the United Democratic Alliance in the 2022 general election.
