Vero Luggya, also known as Vinka, graduated from Makerere University with a bachelor's degree in tourism.

She worked as an artist manager for singer Irene Ntale at the Muyenga-based record label Swangz Avenue.

Vero Luggya and Irene Ntale had a falling out after their joint song'Stylo'was released. She is now a well-known music artist, with hit singles including Malaika, Only Love You, In The Mood, and Overdose.

Before she began singing, Vinka was the manager of a well-known Ugandan female musician named Irene Ntale. They had disagreements about money and decided to split up.

This was the point at which Irene Ntale decided to leave Swangz Avenue, a label that had helped her release mainstream hit songs like Sembera and Gyobera, among others.

Vinka decided to start singing and was supported by Benon Mugumya's record label, Swangz Avenue. She started singing in January of 2017.

She released her first single, 'Stylo,' which contained many sexual innuendos, but the song became popular among fans.
