Ministry Of Repentance And Holiness's Biography in Summary
The Ministry of Repentance and Holiness is the church of Dr. Owuor. It was started out in the early 2000s (21st Centry). The church revolves around the calling of Dr Owuor who says he was called by God to preach the last message. And that he is the Elijah of the latter days that the Bible predicted.
The church has over 500 branches across the country called alters (oveer 500 alters) with over 80 bishops, 200 overseers and over 1000 pastors. The church is also spread across the world. It operates on a coaltion basis in that churches can come in and become operational under the ministry of repentance and holiness. For instance it has over 100 sub-churches across the world such as Kings Outreach (initially owned by Dr. Paul Onjoro), Salvation Church, Restoration Alter and many others.
The church is headquareted in Nairobi but has key functions operating from Nakuru. Even though it is headed by Dr. Owuor, it has senior leadership ie DC John Litunda (Senior Archbishop), Dr JJ, Dr Onjoro among other senior bishops. The ministry has been sponsoring the prophet to preach outside the country for years since 2003 when it began. For sometimes, the prophet was a travelling man until covid-19 came. He traversed the whole world from Nigeria, Israel, South Africa, India,China, South Korea, UK, German, France, Italy, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Canada, Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe among others.
The ministry of repentance and holiness owns a radio service known as Jesus is Lord radio which broadcasts live from Nakuru Kenya. The radio hosts a number of services in teachings by Dr. Owuor, worship songs, wailing sessions, celebration sessions etc.
