Margaret Chelimo Kipkemboi (born February 9, 1993) is a Kenyan marathon runner. She took silver in the 5000m at the 2019 World Championships and bronze in the 10,000m at the 2022 World Championships. Kipkemboi won silver in the 5000 m at the Commonwealth Games in 2018.
