With Africa's rapidly growing youth population, elders have resorted to requesting money from the younger generation.
Dantez tells an inspiring story about his rise to stardom, which he began on the streets at the age of ten in 2014, with nothing but determination.
Dantez was initially barred from recording his first song, Mawazo, despite having saved up to Ksh 3,000 for the session. He persisted and was eventually allowed to record.
He has gradually risen through the music ranks in the +254, but being a famous student at his school poses a significant challenge.
Dantez reveals that teachers are afraid to punish him every time he does something wrong, despite the fact that he longs to be treated like any other child.
Another issue is that fellow students and teachers alike ask for money from him because they know he is famous and wealthy, which bothers him.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'd like to be treated like a student... My classmates will approach me for money. Even teachers would ask for millions, and I am begging them to stop bothering me with money.
