Azawi's Professional Career
Her career began in 2005 as a dancer with the Kika dance team. They performed on a variety of stages as a group. She joined another dancing group (Crane Performers) while still in high school four years later.
She started writing songs when she was quite young. Azawi's songwriting abilities landed her a meeting with Eddy Kenzo, who then introduced her to other artists. She has written for artists such as Nina Rose, Lydia Jazmine, and others through Eddy.
