Nurdin Bilal Ali (born July 16, 1990), better known as SHETTA, is one of Tanzania's most popular music musicians, with a number of his songs reaching the top of several music charts in the country and beyond the African continent. In 2016, his single "Namjua" topped numerous charts for several weeks in a row. As of 2016, the video for the song got one million views on YouTube.
Shetta was born in Dar es Salaam's Amana Hospital, Ilala Municipality. He grew up in Ilala Mchikichini Boma and attended Boma Primary School before enrolling at Benjamin Mkapa Secondary School in 2008.
