The sportscaster completed a one-year advertising program at Imagination Lab. Dube attempted to apply to the YFM internship initiative YFM twice after graduating in 2018.

Career

Lindiwe worked as a sales receptionist for two years. She decided to try broadcasting after watching the 2012 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) final match.

PowerFM hired the sportscaster. She became interested after learning that the South African sports channel SuperSports was looking for presenters for the Diski Challenge.

She stunned everyone with her unrivaled knowledge of sports after entering the competition and beating hundreds of hopefuls to the finals.

Dube left commercial radio station Power FM to work in television. She was one of the recipients of an R250,000 prize at the PSL Award's Chairman's Awards.

Personal Life

Lindiwe Dube and Sibusiso Nxumalo married on March 10, 2022. 

To commemorate their special day, the couple held a beautiful white wedding ceremony.

They had been engaged for some time after her fiance proposed to her on October 28, 2021. The proposal took place at the top of the Nambithi Hills in KwaZulu-Natal. Sibusiso Nxumalo works as a pilot.

The athlete built a seven-room home for her mother. She had tomboy physical characteristics as a child, but she now has a more feminine appearance.

The sportscaster has been successful in the media and purchased her first car in August 2016.
