A senior manager mentions five employees in one of Call Center International's (CCI) WhatsApp groups. She tells them to call her right away or they will be fired without hesitation.
Nairobi Diaries can now reveal the manager's name as Leah Musuya. Miss Musuya is the Customer Satisfaction and Operational Excellence Manager (at least that is according to her LinkedIn profile). at CCI-Kenya, a company embroiled in a social media storm for mistreating its employees.
One CCI-Kenya employee referred to Leah as the goddess of toxicity. We can't argue with the WhatsApp messages she sent in that group.
