King Julius is a gifted online comedian whose viral videos have kept Kenyans entertained during this historic Covid-19 period. His comedy is unique, interesting, and extremely relatable. When he's in the act, his facial expressions and body movement are on another level. 

Education and background

He grew up in Nairobi's Highrise Estate. The comedian is the youngest of 17 children. His father had two wives, one of whom had eight children and the other had nine children. 

The comedian is still an undergraduate student at Kenyatta University, where he is studying film. Previously, he was studying architecture but abandoned it to pursue film, which was his true passion.

Comedy

Julius enjoyed entertaining people and began creating content in 2015. However, at the time, he created content primarily to entertain people and had not considered it as a means of earning money. 
In 2018, he decided to devote his full time to his passion for comedy. Julius believed that he could do more with his comedy. They founded Wololo TV with a group of friends who also enjoyed comedy. The name Wololo was inspired by the desire to find something African that was also memorable. A name that you are unlikely to forget after watching.

Wololo TV has released hundreds of funny clips and featured a lot of amazing talent since its inception. The clips are extremely relatable because they draw inspiration from everyday occurrences. They investigate issues in Kenya such as girls being sent and 'eating' fare, sponsors, and so on. Their content, which consists primarily of skits and street trivia, has captured the attention of a large number of Kenyans.
