She was raised in Mukuru Kwa Njenga, Nairobi, in a family of three children.
Career
Nasra began her career in the comic arena on KBC TV and afterwards at the Altimate Comic.
Following this, she secured a job at Churchill Show, where she made history as the first Somali woman to appear on the show in 2018. Many people may connect to her jokes, which sometimes poke fun at her own origin.

Marriage
The comedian married Rashid in a private wedding on April 25, 2021. On the Churchil Show, she remarked about her marriage to her beau, who is also a comedian.
The marriage did not reach two years as the two broke in November 2022. It broke Nasra and she claimed she'll no longer be looking for love.
