Spice Diana began as a shy girl and an underground rapper before becoming an acclaimed songstress who has become a fan favorite.
After being managed by Dr Fizol of Avie Records, she was then managed by Twinkle Star and AgaNaga in 2016.
She has worked with both local and international artists, including Pallaso, Aganaga, Jamaican Orisha Sound, and most recently, Zuchu on the hitmaker, Upendo.

Spice Diana, real name Namakwaya Hajara Diana, was born on October 23, 1986 in Mpererwe, Kampala.
Spice Diana's Childhood
Spice Diana relocated to Kabalagala with her stepfather after her mother, Beat Nantale, divorced her biological father.
When her parents divorced, she was five years old. However, her mother's marriage to her stepfather did not work out, and they divorced.
She's lived in several places, including Nansana and Nakulabye, where her dreams took flight.
Despite her celebrity, Spice Diana still speaks fondly of her humble beginnings, claiming that she was born into a poor family that went to bed hungry on some days. She attributes her success as a popular artist in Uganda and the region to her supportive family.
Diana, the firstborn in her family, has demonstrated through her successful career what it means to truly secure both her own and her family's future. "I have been a mother and father to my siblings," she said in an interview with The Observer.

The singer received her primary education at Kibuli Demonstration School and her secondary education at St Peter's Senior Secondary School. After graduating from high school, she went on to earn a Bachelor of Industrial Arts from Makerere University, where she majored in fashion and design.

Some great musicians were recognized for their contributions to the music industry at the 2020 HiPipo awards. While they were celebrating their success, the award ceremony received some criticism.
There were a few winners, but Spice Diana was not among them. Musicians Eddy Kenzo, John Blaq, and Sheebah Karungi dominated the online Awards. Spice Diana's fans, on the other hand, believe she had such a successful musical year in 2019 that she deserved a nomination or two.
