Sarz, real name Osaretin Osabuohien, is a Nigerian beatmaker and musician whose interest in music began as a child, influenced by late-90s American hip-hop artists.

Sarz, who was born on March 17, 1989 in Benin City, Edo State, is best known for the tag "Sarz On The Beat/Really" that appears at the beginning or end of all of his musical compositions.

He attended All Saints Primary School for his primary education and Goodwill Secondary School for his secondary education.

He sold his first beat at the age of fifteen, and after producing "See Drama" for Nigerian rap pioneer Lord of Ajasa in 2007, he was introduced to the public.
