Mwanajuma Abdul Juma, alias Queen Darleen, is a Tanzanian performer and producer born in Tanzania on November 4, 1985.
She is the half (elder) sister of Diamond Platnumz, Naseeb Abdul Juma. Abdul Juma is both of their fathers.
Queen Darleen's music career began in 2000, with her debut single, 'wajua Nakupenda,' starring Alikiba, released in 2006.
'Maneno Maneno,' her second single, was published in 2011 and won Best Ragga/Dancehall Song at the 2012 Kili Awards.
Queen Darleen's other songs include Wanatetemeka, Kijuso, Touch, and Ntakufilisi.
Diamond spent her birthday money on a Toyota Tactis. Diamond is the owner of her record company, WCB Wasafi.
Darleen and Alikiba were close friends who were said to be dating, but Darleen denied the rumor. During an interview with Eatv's Enewz.
She revealed that she was aiding Dangote (Diamond) when he was starting out in the music industry, and many assumed they were dating.
"I'm used to it," she explained.
Darleen has a son named Rooney, who was born in 2005 and is well-known in Kenya, notably in Mombasa and the wider Coast region.
