 He is well-known for hosting Lotto Draw, a live show on e.tv. In addition, he hosted Jam Alley, a youth variety show.

Career

After landing a role on the drama series U Bambo Lwani in 1994, the actor began his acting career. He was then cast in Pale Toe, an Afrikaans rugby drama.

Nimrod was a presenter on the youth variety show Jam Alley for five (5) years. He won two (2) Avanti awards for Best Presenter.

H has also landed other television roles, such as The Last Hope on SABC1 and a supporting role in Soul City.

 

He played the role of Hector on the e.tv soap opera Scandal.

Nimrod has also hosted Your Late Mate, a late-night show that airs on Soweto TV on Saturdays.

He began hosting the Lotto game show Raise Your Game in 2007, alongside Vanessa Carreira, a former Miss SA. The show aired Wednesday night, following the Lotto draw.

He appeared as Norman Sebeka in The Wild, an M-Net soap opera, for a year, from 2011 to 2012.

In 2013, he began hosting the DStv channel Mzansi Magic Music's 'Gospel-themed show, John 14'.

On the show, Nimrod pays a visit to the viewers' homes, where they serve him food and share their faith testimonies.

In 2015, he replaced Zola as the host of Utatakho, a Mzansi Magic docu-reality series.
