He is best known as the founder of the record label Banku Music, which is a fusion of Ghanaian Highlife and Nigerian Afro Beats music. Eazi began his career booking artists to perform at his then-college parties in Kumasi, Ghana.

Eazi signed with Wizkid's Starboy Entertainment in 2016. He also released "Life Is Eazi, Vol. 1 - Accra To Lagos," which he said sold 200,000 pre-orders. It includes the hit song "Leg Over."
