Dr Miguna Miguna Education
Miguna Miguna attended Onjiko high school and later proceeded to Njiiri High school got O levels. He was admitted to the University of Nairobi in mid 1980s to Undertake Political science as an undergraduate. However due to his activism, he was detained by former president the late Daniel Moi after which he was expelled from the University.
He had to flee to Tanzania by foot to escape arrests and later temporarily stayed in Swaziland. He found his way to Canada in 1990 and enrolled in one of the University for Political science and graduated with flying colors.
However he wasn't satisfied and went again for another undergraduate in law after he later was admitted to the bar in the country.
The lawyer proceeded to take masters and PhD in law.

In 1995, he married a Canadian lady by the name Wenty. Together they had 2 children daughter and son in 1995 and 1996 respectively.
In 1998, the relationship could not work any more and they part ways. He thus came to Kenya in 2000 and married Jane Miguna Miguna from Awendo. Thus his current wife is Jane Lithonia.
With Jane they have 3 daughters. Two first born twins.
