Barbara is Robert Kyagulanyi's only wife, and they have four children: Shadraq, Solomon, Shalom, and Suubi.  

She is a dedicated social worker and activist who also works as a housewife. Unlike most female celebrities, she posts photos of herself working on the farm.  Barbie is also an author, having published a book titled 'Golden Memories of a Village Belle' in 2013.
